At Zalleve Tech, we want you to love your new gear. If something isn’t right, you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it.

In the original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact.

Accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and your receipt.
Note: For hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones and earbuds cannot be returned once the box has been opened unless they are technically defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or “dead on arrival” (DOA):

Please provide clear video evidence of unboxing the package to speed up your claim.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Software downloads or gift cards.

Products with visible signs of wear, scratches, or missing parts.
4. Shipping Costs

Defective Items: Zalleve Tech will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees. shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
