Return & Exchange

At Zalleve, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you still receive a damaged or faulty item, you may request a return or exchange under the following terms:

 
Eligibility
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

 
Return & Exchange Process
  • Contact our Customer Care at 03313854228 to initiate a return or exchange request.

  • Ship the item(s) back to:
    Office # 202, Phase-2, Extension, Plot No. 63-C, Street 21 Commercial, DHA, 75500

  • The item must reach us in the same condition as received.

 
Refunds
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer & gift voucher

  • Refunds apply to the product value only and do not include shipping charges.

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Exchanges
  • Customers may exchange items for another size, colour, or product (subject to stock availability).

  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Important Notes
  • Zalleve is not liable for shipping delays caused by the courier.

  • Sale items, discounted products, or customized pieces may not be eligible for returns or exchanges (unless defective).
